The CS Lab has serviced the Lehman College community for over 30 years. Here are some common inquires which may be brought to your attention:
- May I use the computer to check my email?
Any Lehman college student may use the Robert Sutliff Annex to access their e-mail, do class work, or research on the world wide web. Students have to provide their identification and sign in. - Can I borrow a calculator or book?
Any Lehman college student may borrow a resource (i.e. book, chair, stapler, etc) as long as they hand in their student or state identification card as collateral. - I would like to eat in the center?
The only area in which a student can eat is at the main table in the front area. The area must be cleaned before a student leaves the area. - Can I leave my child here before I go to class?
Children under the age of 10 are prohibited in the center. - I am just visiting to see a friend do I have to sign-in?
If visiting a friend please just acknowledge that you are doing so and you do not have to sign in. - Can I get some help outside of the center?
Students can ask for private tutoring opportunities. There is a form in which you can ask for to fill out. - Where are some mandatory rules
- No cell phone use
- Please whisper if necessary to discuss topics
- Solutions manuals are for tutors on duty only
- Students must observe the code of conduct and computer use policy
